What “calm” means here

Most focus apps want to gamify you into compliance. Streaks, leaderboards, push notifications nagging you to start a session. That’s not Dopodoro. The app’s only job is to start a Pomodoro, finish it, and get out of the way.

That goes for this site too. No popups. No newsletter modal. If you want updates, the signup form is one click away.
