Apple's Standard EULA applies
Dopodoro™ uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
This is the same EULA that ships with most paid apps on the App Store. It covers ownership, restrictions on use, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and termination. No custom terms are added by Dopodoro at this time.
The paywall inside the app links directly to this EULA, per App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2 for subscription apps.
Dopodoro-specific notes
The following are informational, not contractual:
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple notifies you 24 hours before renewal.
- Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase with no renewal. It applies to the iCloud Apple ID that purchased it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not Dopodoro. Request via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The app is provided as-is. Dopodoro is a side project by an independent developer. Best effort is given to keep it stable and functional, but no warranties beyond what the EULA provides.
- On-device data belongs to you. Uninstalling Dopodoro or tapping Erase All Data in Settings permanently deletes everything the app stored.
If a custom EULA is ever needed
If Dopodoro adds features or terms that fall outside Apple's standard EULA (e.g., user-generated content shared between devices, custom liability terms), a custom EULA would replace this page. As of V1.0, no custom EULA is needed.
Changes
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will change, and the new terms will be published here before the change ships in a new app version.
