All ten themes are free

As of 1.2, all ten themes are free: Dopodoro, Ember, Honey, Blossom, Mulberry, Forest, Tide, Lavender, Indigo, and Graphite.

Dopodoro+ adds two more ways to make it yours:

• Your own tint, in any color.
• Seasonal theme sets that change through the year.

1.2 also rebuilt dark mode on a neutral base, so every theme holds up in the dark.
